Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small to medium potatoes
    4 slices Cheddar cheese
    bacon bits
    sour cream
    chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake potatoes.
    Cut potatoes in half and scoop out potato, leaving 1/4-inch potato in shell.
    Deep fry potato skins in fat that has been preheated to 350\u00b0 and fry until lightly crisp.
    Remove from fat; drain.
    Add 1/2 slice Cheddar cheese to each potato half and sprinkle bacon bits over each.
    Put back in oven until cheese melts.
    Serve hot with sour cream and chives.
