Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. New York aged cheese
1 lb. hot sausage

Preparation

In microwave, heat cheese until it is soft.
Mix all three ingredients together.
Roll into small balls.
Bake on cookie sheet (350\u00b0) until golden brown.
Good served warm.
May be reheated in microwave when ready to serve.
Freezes well.
