Persimmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. persimmons
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1-2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, pour into unbaked, 9 inch pastry shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
