Okra And Tomatoes(No-Fat, No Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cut okra
    1 1/2 c. cut up tomatoes
    1/2 medium onion, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute okra and onion together; add tomatoes.
    If using fresh tomatoes, add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce.
    Cook for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or toss with thin spaghetti or capellini.
