15 Minute Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. hot milk
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, hot milk, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust (uncooked).
    Sprinkle nutmeg.
    Bake in 475\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes.
