Creamy Eggless Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    few grains white pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
    2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, flour and mustard together.
    Beat egg yolks slightly.
    Add dry ingredients, water and vinegar and mix to a smooth paste.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Remove from heat and blend butter.
    When ready to use, thin with cream or fold in whipped cream.
    Makes 1 cup dressing.
