Ingredients
    4 lb. beef chuck roast (arm, blade, chuck, eye or cross rib) *
    1 (about 1 1/2 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    *A rolled rump, top round or bottom round roast can be used.
