Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 pkg. California Blend vegetables
    1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt bouillon cubes in 6 cups boiling water.
    Add onions and potatoes.
    Simmer about 20 minutes, until fork-tender.
    Add soup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add frozen vegetables.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Add cubed cheese, stirring until melted.
