Orange Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 small cans crushed pineapple (equal to 8 1/4 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can Carnation evaporated milk
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange jello
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan sugar, eggs and pineapple.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add jello to hot mixture and cool.
    Add lemon juice.
    Whip evaporated milk until stiff.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour into 2 baked pie shells (could use graham cracker crust also).
    Place in refrigerator until congealed.
    Store in refrigerator.
