Zucchini Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    grated cheese
    raw river rice
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    bread crumbs
    sliced bacon
Preparation
    Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam.
    Layer zucchini, then cheese.
    Sprinkle generously with rice, then with cheese.
    Repeat for three layers.
    Dilute soup with 1 can of water, mix well and pour over ingredients.
    Sprinkle generously with bread crumbs and top with sliced bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour uncovered. Test for doneness.
