Low-Fat Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 qt. cold water
    2 Tbsp. yogurt
Preparation
    Mix the dry milk and water together and heat to 112\u00b0.
    Add the yogurt to each quart.
    Keep warm until yogurt is made, 3 to 12 hours, depending on temperature.
    Don't heat over 115\u00b0.
