Country Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 lb. lard
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, in measuring cup (add 1 Tbsp. vinegar and enough ice water to fill cup; mix well)
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda and salt together.
    Cut butter and lard into flour until mixture resembles crumbs.
    Add water and mix until mixture comes away from bowl.
    Sometimes you may have to add more water.
    Roll out on floured surface.
