Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and toss lightly with a spoon.
    Place in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and level.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
    Serves 8.
