Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 1/2 c. Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and margarine.
    Press into an 8-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
