Pineapple Crowned Sausage Patties(Serves 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. corn flakes crumbs
    12 eggs
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    12 lb. bulk sausage
    2 c. whole milk
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    50 pineapple slices
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except sausage and pineapple in large bowl, add sausage and mix well.
    Shape meat mixture in 5 ounce oval patties about 1-inch thick.
    Place in single layers on greased baking sheet.
    Top each patty with pineapple slice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
