Broccoli Rice Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can Worthington Fri Chik, broken in small pieces
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in 9-inch pie plate.
    Mix remaining ingredients and fill rice shell.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
