Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen, cut up
2 c. rice, cooked
potato chips, crushed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in oleo. Cook until tender. Add soup, Cheez Whiz and broccoli; stir. Add rice and mix well. Place mixture in 2-quart casserole dish; top with crushed chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
