Cranberry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple slices
    1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with juice
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream or sour half and half
Preparation
    Crumble beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add onion. Microwave, uncovered, 6 minutes.
    Drain off as much fat as possible.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Cover. Microwave 7 to 8 minutes until heated through.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
