Ingredients

3 doz. eggs or gal. sliced beets
3 c. cider vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pickling spice
2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Mix vinegar, sugar and spices.
Bring to a boil and add eggs or beets.
Bring to boil again, then turn down.
Put in jars and seal.
