Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
3 to 5 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. minced onion
paprika
Preparation

Melt margarine in a small pan or in microwave.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk.
Continue cooking on stove or in microwave until thickened and smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
