Mushrooms And More - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    8 slices white bread
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop and saute mushrooms with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Butter 3 slices bread and cut in 1-inch squares.
    Place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
