Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour, sifted
    butter (for frying)
    powdered sugar
    jelly
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and flour.
    Beat with a whisk.
    Melt butter in frying pan and pour batter, using 1/4 cup for each crepe into pan.
    When finished, fill crepe with jelly.
    Roll it up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Enjoy!
