Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 c. cooked rice
    chili powder
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown onion and bell pepper until tender; add ground beef and brown, then drain grease.
    In same skillet, add cooked rice.
    Sprinkle chili powder (about 3 tablespoons); salt and pepper to taste.
