Dijon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium sliced onion
Preparation
    Mix together mustard and salad dressing.
    Coat chops with this mixture and sprinkle with pepper.
    Cover and cook in a skillet on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
    Turn and add onions around chops. Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
    Serve topped with onions and pan juices.
