Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables
1 chicken
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 large can biscuits
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 c. milk
3 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook chicken and let cool. Take meat off bones. Cook onion, celery and bell pepper in margarine until done, but not brown. Blend in flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Add 2 or 3 cups chicken broth and milk. Cook over low heat until thick enough for a sauce, then add vegetables and pimientos.
Place chicken in bottom of baking dish. Slice eggs over chicken.
Pour sauce over that.
Place biscuits on top. Brush with margarine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until biscuits are brown.
