Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (19 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simply mix all ingredients.
Chill and serve.
May be prepared a day in advance.
Great for a colorful holiday side dish or a summer salad.
