Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt, milk, water and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 420\u00b0; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes.
