Swiss Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 8 oz.)
2 sticks butter, softened (1/2 lb.)
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 egg white, beaten
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a food processor, combine Swiss cheese, butter, flour, pepper and cayenne.
Process until well blended.
On a flat work surface, roll out dough 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake until biscuits are lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
