Onion Meatballs(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix, divided
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine beef with milk and 2 tablespoons of the onion soup mix.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 24 meatballs. Place in a 3-quart oblong microproof baking dish.
    Cover with waxed paper and cook on High (max power) for 3 minutes.
    Turn meatballs over.
    Cover and cook on High (max power) for 2 minutes. Remove meatballs.
    Stir flour into drippings in dish.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups water, parsley and remaining soup mix.
    Cook, uncovered, on 60 (Bake) for about 5 minutes, or until mixture comes to a boil.
    Add meatballs.
    Cover and cook on 60 (Bake) for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally during cooking time.
    Gradually blend in sour cream.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
