Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut the shortening into the flour and salt mixture until it resembles fine bread crumbs.
    Combine slightly beaten egg with vinegar and water; sprinkle over dry ingredients.
    Mix with fork. Makes 3 or 4 crusts.
    Can refrigerate dough one week or freeze.
