Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in casserole baking dish.
    Cut butter into pats and place over top of mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
