6 Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. shortening, melted
1 qt. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran (8 c.)
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
extra raisins (may be added)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and pour mixed liquid ingredients over.
Mix well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator. Bake as needed for breakfast or snacks at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
