Artichoke And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. MJB chicken flavored rice
    4 green onions, sliced thin
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    12 stuffed olives, sliced
    3 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke crowns, cut up
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed (omit butter).
    Cool in bowl.
    Add onions, peppers and olives.
    Mix some of the artichoke liquid (about the amount in one 3-ounce jar) with the mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Add mayonnaise and artichokes.
    Toss well.
    Chill and serve.
    Serve 6. It can be made the night before.
