Greg'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    28 oz. can whole tomatoes, broken up or pureed
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
