Shrimp Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled small shrimp
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    6 eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/3 c. finely chopped black pepper
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/2 to 3/4 c. dry acroni
    3 aigs
    3/4 lb. medium sharp chez, sliced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 medium onion, chop
    buttah
Preparation
    Cook according to directshuns macaroni; drain.
    Beat aigs. Add salt 'n peppa to taste.
    Add mix'n then mix up.
    Layer half the macaroni in a bakin' dish, then half the onion'n chez. Repeat.
    Now pore aig'n milk mixture ovah all 'n dot with buttah. Bake (until firm) at 350\u00b0 fur 'bout 30 minutes.
