Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. raw sliced vegetables (zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions; rinse and cool.
    Mix dressing ingredients together.
    Toss with tortellini and sliced vegetables.
    Serves 8 to 10.
