Baking Powder Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cream of tartar.
Using pastry blender, cut butter into dry ingredients.
Add milk, mixing with a fork.
Roll out dough onto floured board in large rectangle.
Spread filling over dough. Roll up dough and cut into 16 sections.
Place sections in greased muffin tins and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until a light golden color.
