Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash, cut up
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil veggies in salted water 5 minutes. Drain well. Fold in sour cream, soup, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix stuffing and melted butter together.
    Put half of stuffing in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Pour in veggie mixture and cover with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
