Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    3 slices bacon or ham bone
    1 large onion
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dice up potatoes into small pieces.
    Add water to cover potatoes and add salt.
    Add onion and bacon or ham.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Then add a can of evaporated milk.
    Let cook another 10 minutes on a low heat.
