Grandma'S Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    4 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Form into 6 rolls about 3 inches in diameter and 7 inches long.
    Place rolls on rack in pan.
    Bake at 170\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Turn rolls every hour.
