Lomein Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag fine noodles (uncooked)
    2 sticks margarine
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans water
    2 small cans mushrooms
    2 bags onion soup mix
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    2 pkg. pea pods
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Melt the margarine and brown noodles in a large pot until golden brown; remove from heat.
    In a second bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients.
    Twenty minutes before serving, add rice and liquid mixture to the noodles.
    Bring to a boil, then cover, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
