Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken parts (carcase, wings, leg, etc.)
    1 large onion
    1 stalk celery with leaves
    1 carrot
    1 bag frozen mixed veggies
    1 lb. box small pasta shells
    noodles or other pasta
    salt and pepper
    good grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    In an 8-quart pot add chicken parts.
    Cut up onion, celery and carrot, add to pot and fill to 1 1/2-inch from top.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 4 hours with lid.
