Cavitania - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage or hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. pepperoni
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    10 oz. can tomato puree
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    4 c. dry rotini noodles
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage or hamburger with onion and green pepper.
    Add tomato sauce and tomato puree to meat.
    Add 1/2 can water (puree can).
    Put in Italian seasoning and salt.
    Stir.
    Cook 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Boil noodles; add noodles to sauce.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with cheese and pepperoni.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
