Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. bag light caramels
    12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, margarine and 1/3 cup milk in large mixer bowl. Beat until mixed.
    Place half of cake mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan and press into bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
    Place caramels and 1/3 cup milk in saucepan.
    Stir over medium heat until smooth.
    Pour over cake; sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Press remaining dough into little pieces and cover nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Let cool before cutting.
