Chicken Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water or 4 c. fat-free chicken broth and 4 c. water
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. skim milk
    12 oz. light Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. sauteed onions
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 flour tortillas, torn in small pieces
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water. Cut into bite size and return to broth. Add remainder of ingredients except tortillas. Boil 10 minutes, then add tortillas. Boil until tortillas are soft.
