Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. warm, mashed potatoes
7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation

Mix as given.
Let rise, then roll out as you desire.
Let rise again before baking.
