Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients lightly, then beat well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well until blended.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until tests done with toothpick.
