Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, drained with skin and bones removed
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry in oil 4 minutes on each side.
