Manhatten Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion or flakes
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves
    2/3 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onions and seasonings.
    Mix lightly.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    Brown in margarine, drain.
    Place in casserole. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 5 dozen meatballs.
