Ingredients

4 to 6 lb. fresh pork shoulder
1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Remove meat; spoon on sauce.
Roast for 15 more minutes.
